Again, Only a handful of level 5 Jr/Sr squads (Sm Sr -2, Sm Sr Coed -2, Sm Jr -1) competing. What is going on in Northern California with the Level 5 squads. Are all the kids aging out and going Open International Level 5/6? How can we possible be competive at these level in Texas, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, and Worlds without more competition locally?

Looks like the real competition is happening in the Mini Level 1... 10 teams... that's going to be crazy fun to watch.

We dont have mini's but that division is going to be battle royale!  I cant wait to watch it!!! GGGOOOOOOO MINIS!!!!

Division 4.2. I was looking at this division from another competition program. When I looked it up the first time I saw team University Cheer Force in this division.  Now they are not there?  Did the University Teams pull out or maybe something happened. I hope everyone is okay and if so What happened? Did they decide not to go? How late can you change and get a refund for these competitions? If a gym changes mind do they still give refund to the parents. Our gym also cancelled this year and we did not get a refund yet. We were told at the last minute. I want to know if a gym will still make you pay for competitions that they decided not to go to.

It is dependent on the policy of the competition company.  Some will refund money and others will only refund a certain percentage after a specific date.  At the same time your gym might not of paid for the competition at the time of the cancellation. We cancelled our first comp and replaced it with one later in the year due to injuries. 

Where you informed of the cancellation and told how your money was being used?

They are there in the schedule I just looked at on the website. http://www.athleticchampionships.com/files/city/_tmp_pdfif8xwm.pdf
It looks like they have made several changes to the schedule.

Agree!   As I mentioned in another post I think this might be the best attended comp so far (or close 2nd).   Still not thrilled it's on Superbowl Sunday, but at least I'll have my iPhone with me to check the score.   smile
