Forgot to add all of the world cup videos were taken down due to copyright infringments like instantly They really dont want theit videos up

Frankly, I don't care if they want them up or not. I haven't been able to get anyone to explain to me how it is some kind of infringement of their rights. They performed in a public arena that allowed videotaping. It was posted with no request of any payment.
How is this a violation? It really bugs me.
You described the situation perfectly. There is no violation. But often just the threat is enough to make the video disappear. I know we have requested to the individuals (never YouTube) to either take down our videos, or make them private until we rechoreographed the routine. Thankfully all have done so. But if they had not there is really nothing we could do, esp if someone wanted to post a video of our teams when they may not of had their best performance.
Now if someone could answer me why any program who does not want or refuses to post vidoes of their routines - and would go through the lengths to get them taken down, would post videos of their competitiors I would be golden. That seems very hypocritical to me.

I would think it IS very hypocritical. Assuming it's the same person.
