Really disapointed in the Jamz schedule for this competition. To have only 1 awards ceremony at 7:15pm when the competition begins at 9am is rediculous. It really puts a huge burden on everyone to hang around for that long to wait for awards. Especially on a school night when we have a 4+ hour drive home afterwards. Am I the only one that feels this way?

No you are not the only one who feels this way. It's crazy to make the kids who compete early in the day wait that long for the awards ceremony.
My daughter will be driving home 5+ hours. That's a long drive, especially after such a long day, on a Sunday night, in the traffic heading out of Vegas. I'm not attending because it's just too expensive for my budget right now. Of course, I will stay up till she pulls into the driveway.
I guess Jamz will keep scheduling it that way until enough of us complain directly to them, and/or gyms just quit attending.

I would have to agree with you about the schedule of awards. I am also wondering why they didn't schedule each day the same was as the Friday competition? That is each team compete twice on one day. That would have make the waiting around for awards easier.
that way people wouldn't have to pay for two days of admission either. Can you tell that I am still upset having to pay the high priced admission just to get in the door on Saturday AND Sunday? I think this just urks me the most.

To: ACE Birmingham, Phenix City, Gadsden, Freedom All-Stars and Infinity Elite From: Happy Hooper Re: The Tribe!
Hello Tribe Family! I want to take this time to inform you about the restructuring of ACE All-Stars. It is hard to believe what an incredible family we have become in just 10 short years! There are so many new and exciting things on the horizon! I want to assure all of you that the foundation and beliefs of ACE will remain the same. We will continue to be the awesome Tribe Family that the country has come to know! ACE of Phenix City and Freedom All-Stars of Columbus, GA, will join forces to form ACE of Columbus. I am very excited about Lorenzo and Tonya working together to merge these two gyms into one talented family! Infinity Elite All-Stars from Atlanta and ACE are in the process of merging programs. The merger is underway and Infinity will compete as part of our program at Cheersport! As of May 1, 2009, the total acquisition will be complete and Infinity will operate completely under new management and follow all rules and regulations set forth by ACE. Any questions or concerns regarding ACE of Atlanta should be directed to me. I can be reached at tribecoach@aol.com. Brandon Prince will be the director for ACE of Atlanta. He is a former University of Alabama cheerleader and coach of the UCA National High School Champions, Bob Jones. We wish Vivian well and congratulate her on her promotion and new responsibilities with Wachovia/Wells-Fargo! JR Zeringue is completing his first year with the Gadsden gym and it has been amazing! JR has made great strides with the tumbling program at ACE. Many tribe members have benefitted from his tumbling expertise. Gadsdens All-Star program continues to grow and this gym continues to thrive! ACE of Birmingham will continue to be the home base of the entire ACE program. We will continue to keep the small gym, family feel that sets ACE apart from other programs as we head into 2009. No matter how many Tribe members we have, we will always remain a bonded family. Cheersport will be our first time to have all four gyms together and I encourage everyone to introduce themselves! I am very excited about the future of ACE All-Stars! The Tribe is continuing to make its presence known in the cheerleading world as a first-class, strong competitor! Cheersport, here we come!! Many membersone heartbeat. Go Tribe!!
