I agree, it was a shame that AZ Power extreme had a rough day on Sunday- they looked great on Saturday. I thought Cheerforce did a good job on both days and had the cleanest routine. Congrats!
okay but it still sucks! I think theyre routine was better than cf's in the first place tho. the worst part is that pride athletic lions got the at large...extreme didnt even get a bid
i also didnt think it was fair the way they gave bids...top two teams in the division large all girl only had two teams so they both automatically get bids
I have to agree AZ Power was the best sm sr team there... they were AMAZING on day 1 and dropped on day 2... it happens, but im pretty sure they wont have any problems getting a bid, its only december.

I haven't seen AZ Power this year, but one thing I have admired about this program is their senior team actually looks like a SENIOR team. They are just taller, longer and just seem to carry their routine when they perform. When I look at them it reminds me of how Senior teams used to look. Many today have majority younger members and AZ Power just comes in and takes care of business with style.

im not gonna go into every aspect of their routine in comparison with the other routines but ill give a few reasons. for 1 almost every girl on the team throws 1tofull, they have quite a few doubles, tick tocs AND full ups, and perform with a higher level of execution on their skills... they have the full package, if they would have hit both days they would have won.

For the bids at grand the bid break down sucked but i thought pretty much everyone deserved their bids. Minus 1 team. Cali small coed did not deserve their bid at all. They were a mess, only half the team had jumps to tucks and they did level 4 partner stunts, what the heck? Only 8 out of 20 people did standing tumbling. 10 out of 20 people did running tumbling. The boys were THE BOMB, But thats pretty much all i liked about this whole team. This is the 1st team cali has ever put on the floor that i did not like and did not think was good. I think even with their falls cali small senior and az power deserved bids over this team JMO I hope they can pull it together and prove me wrong
yea like AZ heat, they got second (aka LAST) in their division and got a bid, both teams in large all girl knew going in they were getting a bid, and thats lame...they should have stuck to top scores
WCA in Nashville just ended. Paid bids went to CEA Sr Elite (Large All-Girl) and ACE Warriors. At-large went to BRANDON Sm Ltd Coed, PrimeTyme Small Senior, Charlotte Large Ltd Coed, and Premier TN Sm Ltd Coed. At-large international bids went to Tiger Elite, Cheer 1st, ACE, and Spirit of Kentucky.
There's a lot of talk that BRANDON deserved a paid bid. They did get level 5 grand champs and hit 2 clean performances. I really don't understand how a team can get grand champs and not get a paid bid.
i agree that the breakdown of bids at the Grand was kinda retarded...teams should not "automatically" get bids because they are the only ones in the division lol...
and about az power xtreme... they look FIERCE this year! work me down one to fulls! i dont think they lost because their music skipped though...unfortunately they dropped a stunt...other than that though, they did great! they were also first after day one.
overall a great event!!!!!! always have a great time at this competition.

agreed. you know who surprised me too, was OC senior 5! they did very well in vegas.
