RE: level 4 coed

CA Crush is very excited about our program and hopes that all the athletes on FAME, as well as other programs, have a great season.

San Jose Legends and Divas combined to make Fame Athletics........over 90% of the members from both teams are now Fame....in other words Divas and Legends stayed and became FAME and lost very few. They have three teams! I am sure they will be good.

I can't wait to see Fame compete this year! A lot talent coming in from both divas and legends!

I heard that Nor Cal has a 19 or 20 year old that is competing on their senior teams with them this year. he says he is 18, but he complete high school in 2 years ago.  Are they going to go Open then?

technically a 19 year old can compete on a senior team. If they turn 19 after may 31, they are still eligible. They have probably already done there super senior year and are doing super duper senor year. Its not a big deal. Stop trying to cause drama. There is no need for it.

Exactly right, you can be 19 and still be on a Senior team.  Open or non open has nothing to do with it (you can't be 20 and be on a Senior team period, even open) so I suspect whoever posted that knows nothing about the divisions and is just trying to start drama for whatever reason (just a hater I suspect)

They've been really quiet on this message board??   Shame on them.  I guess they should be posting things like this, try to stir up some drama.   Newsflash, if a gym is quiet minding their own business trying to get ready for competitions, don't assume that maybe they've closed.

i don't think anyone would agree that having a 20 yr old on a senior team would be right .

i dont think it would be right and i am positive most would agree however the original poster said 19 or 20 where i replied 19 year olds can still be age eligible. I can cheer when i am in my sophomore year in college if i wanted too because of where my birthday falls.

If you are that age, why would you even want to compete with younger kids? Why don't you just admit the fact that you are out of high school and compete on a college team?

This "19 year old" is the most positive, motivating and inspiring teammate I know.He is there for the same reasons everyone else is and he is a hard worker. so why should anything else matter since he is still eligable to be on a sr team?

Hi this is that 18 year old you all are talking about yes I graduated high school in '07 and will be 19 in September. I am of age this year to perform on Nor Cals senior teams I do admit that I am out of high school, but I also enjoy the family I have on the team and am finishing out my senior year of cheer. For those who feel that I should do a college team and why would I want to cheer with little kids, I do do the nor cal college team in addition to the senior teams and I enjoy cheering with younger kids because it is a great experience. And either team I am on I am around kids my age. I wish all the teams and athletes the best of luck!
