It's not that hard to post a video. Instead of copying and pasting the code for enbedding a video copy the URL only. When you reply or start a new message the editor has a You Tube button that you can insert the URL into.

Wow the way everyone was feeding the hype about West Coast L-4 routine being the best.I was really disappointed after viewing it.I was sooo waiting to be impressed

.I've seen way better routines for the 2007-2008 season. JMO...It was good just not as good as people made it out to be.

OVERRATED.

       I agree, I thought that both fierce level three and west coast level four
       routines are both boring and weak. Why brag about these routines of
       past, you should be concentrating on this season, you need all the help
       you can get.
