Rivals in Cali

I got this from the pro x boards, they were talking about rivalries in the same citys.  Do we have alot of those here?  What are some of the biggest ones in the state?

I think every single gym is in this sport to win, and therefore their rivals are the ones they are going against in that particular division.  To mention anything more specific than that, well I don't think anything constructive can come of it.  If you've been reading these boards for a while, you already know who the rivals are, and even though they are rivals I know that there is also respect for one another.  Bottom line, let's not go there (just my opinion)!

There's nothing wrong with healthy rivalries.  It drives each gym to work harder.  Even the insults are the norm.  They just cuts deep when gyms get kicked while they're down or private/personal matters are posted on public forums.  If people could leave those two areas alone the rivalries could be fun.  Let the rivalry fuel your fire and raise the stakes!  I hope each gym has gives it that extra flare this season.  I think we're all in for some pretty good shows.

LET THE GAMES BEGIN!  WOOHA!!!

I think healthy rivalry is good.  They vary from year to year and sometimes by division to division.  It's fun when our teams are closely matched up against others who we compete against for most of the season.  It's not just one given program, but each of our teams usually know who their big competition is going to be throughout the year after the first few competitions.  It makes it fun to see how the year plays out and who ends up on top.  Some start strong, some finish strong.
