You may recieve a phone call from your Program Director concerning your past due accounts. We apologize ahead of time if you have sent in payment, but it hasn't been recorded as of Januaruy 10. Right now is the time of year when a lot of money is going out to pay for competitions, rooms and transportation to some of our bigger competitions. Unfortunately, some parents have fallen quite behind on their payments and it has put the entire program in jeopardy. Thank you to the parents that have been diligent in paying thier tuition and travel payments on time. For those that have fallen behind, please know that we would love to let you ride, but that just is impossible. We hope to make these calls as pleasant as we can. Without sounding too harsh, we all knew what the cost was going to be and we all knew what was due and when. That is why we provided you with copies of your contracts. We appreciate anything you can do to get caught up so all the kids can end their year on a positive and succesful note. We would hate to have to take people out of routines for non-payment. This only hurts the team as well as your child who has put in so much time and energy. Thank you again for understanding our situation. Please do not respond to this message.
