Titan Elite always has a had senior level 4 team for the longest time and they always do well. I wonder why they never get to level 5?

awww, love Nor Cal Elite, I think they'll be even stronger this year.   I will agree with the last post though about Northern CA gyms in general, we do hear a lot of hype year after year and it doesn't always materialize.  Let's make this year different.  Hope to have more than one gym in the top ten at Worlds, really be competitive with our friends in southern CA.

Whatever! CA Bullets is great and at the opening of the season they always BUST! Their small senior team's trademark is never tumbling, its dance, clean stunting and fast moving routine. Thats what gets them through. If your going just on on tumbling alone Pro Spirit, Woodlands, ICE, and Rays have them beat. Now they may have recruited some athletes and stepped it up, but from their previous years I can safely bet it will be the same way. I always love their dance sections.

You're right.  I'm sure everyone has high expectations of many of the gyms but one can ony speculate what the star of the season be like.  Look at World Cup.  Last year people talked about their routine so badly up through a third of the season.  But the came through when it counted most.  Instead of saying something like that why not just wait and see how all of these gyms start the season?  It's true that Cali had a lot of cleaning up to do from the star of last season.  I don't think i'd say they were a "bust" though. Cali knows what they need to do to clean it up and thats what matters, just as most of those other teams try to do. I find the subtle digs humorous ("recruited").  I used to get hung up on who starts strong.  But in the last yr or two I've found that those who start strong don't always end strond, and vice versa.  Then there are tose who just kick butt all season long.  Not saying that's Cali, just calling a spade a spade.  How about this?...Everyone just kick back, get your popcorn, enjoy the comps and see who brings what.   It aint about tearing gyms down.  Its about every gym putting their best on the floor and seeing who hits....One comp at a time!  I for one can't wait for the season.  At first I thought it might be dull.  Not sure I think so any more. wink

maybe instead of recruiting people, kids n parents see the finishing project they put on a floor and want to be apart of something like that and be put in an environment that CA has

All we seem to hear about on these boards lately is  CA, Cheerforce, this level 5 team... yada yada yada.  I'm excited to see some of the local smaller gyms.  It's fun to see how everyone progresses each year.  Loved Swat last season and Riptide.  There's a lot of local talent that every year just keeps getting better.  I'm excited to see what the upcoming cheer season has to offer.  Good luck everyone. biggrinbiggrin

people kill me with the recruiting rumor, get a life.  every gym thinks their the best, what owner/coach hasn't tried to recruit.  maybe u don't know this but your gym is recruiting as we type.  numbers=dollars

It is so cute how everyone thinks that northern Cali team talent is just not as good is so cal teams....talent. There are many kids from these northern cali teams on those so cal teams.

Cailfornia has a lot of talent, and I know we can mark our mark in the cheer sport.. I see in the near future it won't just be about Florida, Texas, Kentucky...

I wish california an awesome season!

i dont think it is that the kids are less talented, i just think the so cal coaches have a better way of choreographing and putting a routine together. jmo.
