Our gym won 7 divisions at Spirit Sports this last year and didn't attend a Speed Camp... Guess that blows your theory!

James Speed is one of the biggest and most respected names in cheerleading. He is head Coach at U of L. and Gymtyme. Louisville is the top college program and Gymtymes won a world title the last three years strait. He knows is stuff verry well

This comment is just STUPID! Cheer camp is MORE than making money. You actually work in specific skills such as tumbling, baskets, partner stunts, group stunts, and just new transitions. People just don't learn things on their own.
For that person who said they won lots of divisions without camp or James Speed. That is great, but you never know when that might change. Everyone has their own way of success.

I thought thats what Im paying for already all year round. With coaching, tumbling, flying and privates now you add a few days of so called CHEER CAMP give me a break...just another way to collect fees like my old bank. Tired of the ALL STAR CHEER DRAMA, Its back to high school cheer for us biggrin

High school cheer has it's share of drama too. And the kids have to see each other at school all day. Oh, they have cheer camp too, at least the schools in our area do.

James does his camps now through V-Roc which is the Varsity Brands company for camps. We have a V-Roc Camp in August up in the mountains.

James Speed is the owner of tge World Famous Gymtyme All-Stars and he is also the head coach of the 13 time National Champion Univ. of Lousiville

Titan Elite had Speed camp last year and it is worth every penny... I wouldnt pay anyone to teach my kids but the best and his staff is AMAZING... and yes we did win 2 divisions at spirit sports but that has nothing to do with money or what camp we attended... we won because we hit and had high difficulty... James is VERY professional and his competitions have some of the best judges and scoring systems. I highly recommend his camps and competitions and cant wait till he comes back for camp this month!!!

I too absolutely LOVE James Speed's scoring rubrik (sp?) It's amazing and simply the best. There is NO WAY to rig one of his competitions and no way for the judges' personal interests to get in the way. it says right on the paper, you perform x and x you will score, this, you only perform a & not b, well then, you're not going to score there.
