Hopefully someone will post that I'm wrong, but the fact that nobody is denying it should tell us all something...... If it's true it will certainly be missed!

Huh? I don't get the reasoning behind this. What is "the IASF July 31 is the last day" mean? Contractual reasons with whom? I don't like this.
