no one said 100 new members
it was said by someone they had almost 100 signed
how can anything negative come of that
that is amazing to have those numbers
please close this thread as there are obviously ill feelings with this cheer starz person
move on this will be an amazing season for all the merges and new programs
in Nor Cal

okay seriously, they dont have 100 members. I would be getting mad too if they are trying to seem all "high and mighty" and claiming they have numbers that they do not! FYI: Im not the previous poster!

I would think it was strange if most of them weren't from cheer starz! That wouldn't say to much for their gym if the majority of the 70+ girls they have are all brand new! confused

honestly, did anyone hear of cheer starz before One Athletics took over, they didn't go to the big comps that POWER and all the other big names went to.......they are on the map now because of Bri

I don't know about that, we here on this board have seen and talked about Roseville All Starz plenty of times, just look at previous posts. Mostly positive comments. I will admit we didn't see much of them last season, they seemed to do well once they added the guy to their level 4, but not before that. But still they made a name for themselves over the years, don't take that away.

Cheer Starz was always a solid club. PERIOD. It will be interesting to see the new coaching dynamics of the gym. There are alot of strong willed women running the show over at one Athletics. Sometimes to many chiefs and not enough indians can be a bad thing.

Is anyone else getting tired of the constant plugs getting posted on this board for One Athletics. Don't get me wrong I wish them well. Sounds like they have lots of talent and a great coaching staff. I'm sure you will do great. It's just that why does every topic turn into One Athletics. Please give it a rest you've done your job we all know who you are now. sssshhhheeese....

Alot of people come on this board with thier own agenda. I agree with you that it's been a little over the top lately when it comes to certain gyms. I just have had enough about hearing about this particular gym. It's seems like every topic turns to One Athletics. Time back off for awhile.

somebody seems a little jealous they are not a part of ca. also, i think if you are proud f your gym post it. the ones that drive me crazy are the ones that start little stabs like you. if youre tired of hearing how great they are, stop reading it.

No I am not jealous of CA. My daughter is a former CA cheerleader and we left because I did not like the way the coaches treated the kids and we did not want them to as they put it "break down their athletes and build them up the CA way". I know this may bring a bash but to each their own and if others are OK with it I have nothing against them. I am just tired of reading how they are always better than everyone else. To some of us who have been there they are not. Every topic seems to lead to how much better they are than the rest of us. Other California gyms are also very successful. Don't brag all the time just enjoy your success.

So true! You can have a wonderful all star experience based on practices, team bonding trips, competitions, banquets, winning and losing. Its the whole package. Yes CA all stars is the big deal now, but there will be a new "big deal" gym in 2 years. That is just the way it is. My advice is to enjoy yourself and not to make every event so serious, let the kids fight their own battles and teach them that everything isn't always going to be great.

you can also have a fantastic allstar experience on a team like CA that is a big deal, yeah we win and we work hard to win and trust me that victory is still the best feeling in the world because we know we worked so hard together and we know we did this for eachother and everything was worth it. dont pretend like just because CA wins stuff doesnt mean we dont have a wonderful experience. i have been cheering for practically my whole life at CA and i have never regreted one moment of it. i have so much respect for my coaches they have taught me the greatest leasons in life and i am so greatful i have had the chance to work with such amazing people. also we maybe a big deal in california but there are many other teams out there like cheer athletics and stingrays that are a much bigger deal and who have been a big deal for a long long time. please dont tell me you can predict the future because you have no idea who will or wont be a big deal in 2 years. and im just saying our jr 5 team (the future of our gym) is simply amazing this season they dont give us any reason to belive things will be slowing anytime soon for us.

let me just say, for someone who doesnt like to read about ca, you probably shouldnt be the one to bring them up because they WILL be talked about. this thread would not have started talking about them until you brought them up.
