Wouldn't that be pretty cool level four teams going to worlds !
YES! That would have been so fun! From Cali, which lev 4 teams do you think could have made it to worlds? ~Ca lg 4 ~Power lg 4 ~ Pacific Coast lg coed ~Stealth lg coed ~Fierce sm 4 ~Titan Elite sm 4 ~West Coast sm 4
I'm not sure I'd like it either. Worlds should ONLY be for the ELITE level's 5&6, thats what its all about. If there were other levels there, *IMO* it wouldn't be as prestigious of a comp. WORLDS is what most kids look forward to as a level 5/6 cheerleader, its the cream of the crop if you will.
NO - keep Worlds level 5 and above. It's already getting overly attended by teams that maybe shouldn't even be there yet. :(
AGREED!! Because, (not to start drama, but its the truth) we all know and have witnessed it before, there will be level 5 teams that would drop to a 4 to win. THAT isn't my idea of a true win at that level. Worlds is and always was intended for the elite teams from all over the world to compete against each other... "The Best of The Best"... "Cream Of The Crop" etc. Worlds is to All Star Cheerleading, as the Super Bowl is to football, or the World Series is to baseball. You have to work your butt of to get there. IMO It's something for all levels (1-4) to look up to, and to work hard to achieve that goal of making a "worlds team" and then compete at that comp. I fell like the previous poster stated that there are some teams that should not have been at worlds. I fell as though the bids shouldn't be handed out so easily...
I agree -- Level 4's should not be at Worlds. There's already an awful lot of teams there, and the videos we saw of people waiting for awards...WOW. It must be quite crowded.
Worlds is for the best of the best. That is Level 5 and 6 (for college).

I heard that Power was going to Anaheim this year for some other kind of worlds.. teams under level 5 has anyone else heard of this?
i was going to mention the all level worlds as well. all the gym owners know about it and may choose to attend or not come april 2009 however teams must get a bid at a competition before hand
