Just for FUN, (no negative Nelly's please)
What would you all like to see in next years choreography? More dancing? Motions? Maybe three sets of stunting vs. two? More difficulty in pyramids?
I noticed that a lot of the lev4 pyramids were pretty much the same... up to a hitch/tick-tock...another hitch...or the flyers being flipped backwards/forwards up to a hitch... etc.
I myself would like to see more twisting rotations/full-ups in stunts, pyramids...
What about the flow of the routines? Last year most routines opened with standing tumbling and/or standing to jumps.. the dance was usually last....
Any thoughts?

choreography wise i would say a lot more creativity as that is the only thing that is really different from everyone else. Routines look more a like everyday because of the score sheets.

i would also like to see teams with better music. When teams have good music it is way easier to get into and sell to the crowd and grab peoples attention. Also, maybe not everyone should use newer music because it always ends up the same. ie-rhiana-please dont stop the music. it gets old fast.

I would love to see more unique routines. like start with dance and have power tumbling last. it shows the team is really strong if they can through double fulls or whatever at the end of their routine. i agree about the music..more rock or something. no more hip/hop on the radio all the time stuff

for you guys who bring up music, i have to agree. every summer i can name all the songs that will be in cheer music for the next year, and im always right. i think its better when teams do their music according to a theme, because that leaves room for originality.

as far as what i'd like to see more of in routines...

i'd have to say after watching some of the world teams, i want to see more elite/creative jump sections. i have to admit, i geeked out over bullets ninjas in the front of their jump section.

i think gyms get in the habbit of "ok, heres our stunt section, ok standing tumbling, k now a pyramid...." you know what i mean? they just kind of go down the list of what they need to show, instead of focusing on creativity.
