edited: Oh! I didn't link to the homepage, I figured this was more direct. And the main page doesn't tell you a whole lot. $9.95 for a whole year, watch all three venues, watch as many times as you want.
HELP! It charged my credit card but wouldnt give me a confirmation because my address wasn't matching my card! What do I do? Who do I call? Help!
I just purchased it today. It didn't give me a confirmation at all, but I logged out and logged back using my email address and password, it worked fine. Try that.

IASF: 800 829 6237 My login doesn't work and I gave them my credit card! I guess I have to try and call! This is the most unprofessional login/purchasing system I have ever seen.

Ack, no!!! It still doesn't work!?! But it's in two days!! Panic is setting in!!
yeah it's kinda weird. no confirmation or anything. after i paid and logged in, the page just has the same info about watching the video and then underneath it says log in on the 26th to start viewing, so im assuming that means it works?

You got further than I did. It keeps saying my login isn't correct. When I signed up I could have written my email wrong or my password wrong. Because they didn't ask me to type it in again, who knows what I may have typed. Looks like I may have to register again and pay for it again. Yikes.

yeah i thought it was weird that they didnt ask me to re-type my password or email when i was registering. at least its only $10, which is pretty good for being able to watch all 3 venues for a year. you should try to call first though
I signed up today and received a confirmation. Just to be sure, I logged in. Looks like its working fine. Hopefully, no glitches during the actual video feeds.
when you put in your information what did it say and how long did it take to get a email with your info.
My confirmation was in small print at the top of the page after I hit the submit button. I didn't receive an email with my info. On the right side of the page where it says login, I just entered my info there, and the login worked, so I'm assuming I'm good for tomorrow.
Next page asked for my payment info. Submit after payment info is entered. Confirmation came after payment was accepted on that page.
3rd step was my test run of logging in. It was pretty straight forward. I just did it this morning, so maybe some of the problems that previous posters were having have been ironed out now. I didn't find anything confusing whatsoever about the process and I am by no means a very computer literate person.
