Not just our team, the scoring of one team seemed really high for the skills they put on the floor. None of us understood it. I don't want to say team names, so I won't. These aren't sour grapes, it was just painfully obvious that the teams in a certain division had no chance of winning.

What level was this? I didn't hear any abnormally high scores for any team. The team from Nebraska was pretty good, but I don't remember any others scoring far and above.

I don't want to say the level, that would take away from the winners of that division. Sorry.
Congratulations to all the cheergyms.com teams! It was a proud day to be a part of this family. I especially want to tell Jr. Gold and Senior Black that you gave me chills!Awesome performances both days but Sunday was magical. Congrats to Jr. Red and Angie for an undefeated season! See you all at the banquet and some of you at WORLDS!!!! Can't wait!
Don't have a lot of results, but POWER Sr Open 3 got first and class champions for level's 1, 2 and 3! Congrasts ladies on an awesome undefeated season! You rocked it this weekend!

I don't know the level either, but I was very disappointed with one of the gym leaders shaking their head, complaining about judging when most of their teams not winning and being blatent and very loud about it. At one point they even motioned at the judges area and made a comment. That is very disappointeing.

Oh, come on.. dish it out, tell us who the bad sports are. Who are the coaches/ gym leaders setting a bad example.... did they threaten to never come back to this competition? Details?
Thanks, I think I've figured it out. I'm not surprised, he's such a baby! I don't think he likes being a 'little fish in a big pond', he's used to his gym being the 'big fish in the little pond' if you know what I mean!If it is who I was thinking of, he's sworn off a few competitions because "they weren't fair to our teams". He's gonna run out of nationals in a few years at this rate! Too bad for those kids who should be learning how to appreciate the fact that everyone works hard and accept the fact that you win some, you lose some....
Look at who entered many divisions but only won one, and that should tell you.
There are a couple of gyms like this...Is it a California team or an Arizona team? If it's an AZ team, than I know who exactly you are talking about!
Can we just drop this? Why do people love to hear negative comments about others, I would say some thrive on it. I want to hear more about the positives of this competition.
I saw some great sportsmanship and quite a few entertaining routines. A long two days, but fun. My only complaint is the long breaks. The awards on Sunday night could have been much earlier if you take away those breaks, right?
The announcer/audio system was hard to understand.
The competition itself was good but the atmosphere didn't have that "national feeling". Everyone was doing their own thing, walking around, not paying attention to the teams performing unless they were their own.
I did like how they posted the scores on the walls.

Yes, added up the amount of time spent on breaks throughout the day on Sunday, and it totaled to be more than three hours. Final awards could have been at 5:30 instead of 8:30.
