Hi There -

Just wondering if any of you have good luck charms or traditions for competition day.  Let's share.

My daughter has a strawberries wild Jamba juice with energy boost every cheer comp morning.

When my friend and I use to coach, we would ALWAYS stop at Jamba and get a Berry Lime Sublime on our way to competitions. We are obsessed with everything raspberry smile.gif

Everyone hops on thier left foot three times, then spins around 4 times, then spits.  Mind you don't spit into the wind.

our girls jump up and down 12 times holding their hands -- while they are on-deck (next up).

 Our Sr 3 team "Divas" wears a Barbie bandaid on their hip under their spankies. The whole team has to wear one... I dunno how it started but its works for us...
