So excited for the growth of this program!! They have been around since 2000 and they just keep growing!! Having 3 gyms now and over 300+ athletes and 14 teams, they are certainly a POWERHOUSE program!!
As for shawn miller going their staff i know it has been nothing but respect and postive feedback. The kids at CA welcomed him with open arms and to there knowledge before he became a coach at there gym the students just thought he was there to help them out. He is amazing at what he does!!
Cant wait to see what happens in 2008-2009!!!

As a San Diego parent I have watched CA grow over the years by heavily recruiting from other programs in the area. I feel that the staff of that program has no morals and will do anything to get kids. They contact parents at competitons and tell them that their kids are soooo good and pump up their egos. They call and mail people at home from the information on the release form they got at their Bring it on competition. Yes the program has grown but the way they have gone about pushing the growth is nothing less than imoral and I would not want my child to be a part of it. Winning is not everything living a life with dignity and morals is more important and I am lucky my child is in a program that has both. Good luck to all the other programs in the area of the new gym you are in for a battle and I hope you are able to take the high road and not stoop to their level. Goodluck.

Actually what she said is well know. If it sounds unkind that is simply karma for their actions.

As an all star coach in this industry for a long time now, most large gyms practice those same methods of recruitment. I am not sure why they  do, but it happens. I feel your product should speak for itself.

What the heck!  Whoever you are (San Diego parent) coming on here and accusing Bullets of being immoral (this is the correct spelling) is just plain rude!  My kids have been on CA for years and I find their moral and ethics to be quite high.  I have always been impressed with the way the coaches and owners make sure all level teams have an exciting routine.  As far as recruitment goes, I think the numbers speak for themselves.  Some People gravitate to CA because they are so successful at winning competitions, others stay at gyms that do not win but they feel comfortable there.  That is the beauty of the USA, you get the chance to choose what is best for you in all areas.  Now stop the bad rumor starting (which does not say much about your ethics).
