Parents and coaches doesn't cheer drama sound like high school all over again? The fake people, coaches, parents. Then there is the politics. You have to play the politics with each association so your teams have a fighting chance. The gossip, the rumors etc. It doesn't stop!
It happens everywhere. At work, in all sports, in churches, in our own government. The only thing we can do as adults is teach our kids how to deal with these types of things. Do you add to the drama? Are you a silent player? Do you step away from it? Or do you fight it and try to make a difference?
