Okay, first download this program:

http://www.videohelp.com/tools/DVD_Decrypter

Put your DVD in the reader and then install and run the program. It will automatically pick up the disk.
Click on Mode and select IFO
In Destination section click the folder and browse to the desktop to save the file there.
In the Input tab click just the chapter you want.
Click the little DVD to Hardrive box and it will start ripping.

what i do to see what chapter i need is to watch the dvd on windows media player and then on the side it'll say what chapter it is and what number its under.
to get it into a format that you can put on youtube, i like using "magic video studio". you can google it and find a free download/trial

Ugh!  I'll just let the more technically savvy people such as yourself handle this, I'm lucky I figured out how to add videos already on youtube to a message on here.
