You say they haven't won anything. Has all star elite? I have watched thier top team at three competitions and they are entertaining but I do not recall them winning. I only bring it up because you are saying cheer experience has not won.

I believe Alstar Elite got 4th out of 5th in Senior 4 at Cheersport. So they did beat one team

They also got 4th out of 5 at GSSA, and I think they placed better at one of the Jamz earlier. What about the other all star elite teams?

How has this topic about a cheer gym in Folsom, turned into a what has All Star done??? First we do not attend Jamz comps. Our teams are doing great and we could not be prouder of their hard work and dedication. Our season is not measured by a handfull of early comps. Third our youth level 1 has won first place 4 comps in a row, competing against 6 or 7 teams most of the season. Here we go you get a couple of positive comments on this board and they come out and rip you. some nameless poster keeps saying THEY said, we said nothing about any program. I am concerned with MY program not anyone elses. That said I wish we would go back to being a non-topic.

Ignore all the negative comments! people like to get stuff started and it is usually because they are afraid of the unknown. If you just let them go at it themselves it will die down. you guys are doing great things with your program.
everyone has their day on these boards its inevitable.
they bash you and rhen move on to the next victim. its quite comical to say the least.

I saw All Star Elite beat powers level four large team this weekend. it was great. I heard they swept at usa this weekend with all teams and grand champions.

I think All Star Elite is awsom !! I love to watch them. They will always keep you entertained.

Who swept at USA this weekend? Were they really at Spirit Spect. on Saturday and USA on Sunday? There is a team called Elite but I don't see All Star Elite on the schedule or in the results, maybe I am mistaken.

Yes All Star Elite went to both comps. getting ready for nationals. All three teams took first place and their youth 1 took grand champs.

Just an FYI...Powerhouse Allstar Cheer did not take its name from the Powerhouse PUB!!! I went to their website and read....it came from the old Folsom Historic Powerhouse in Folsom. Check their page out there is usefull infomration on there if you want to know who they are. I actually think it sounds kinda neat and good luck to them.

Hi Everyone! The last poster is correct. We named ourselves after the Folsom Powerhouse. For a bit of history on the old Powerhouse take a look at http://www.folsompowerhouse.com/. You'll see that we coined our name after the powerhouse as it was one of the first powerhouses to provide electricity to all of Sacramento. It is that same kind of energy that we plan to build in our new program.

I think the Pub has also earned its right as a local landmark but that wasn't the motive behind the name. :)

We are a new gym/team and we are recruting now please tell your friends we are a family owned team http://www.powerhouseallstarcheer.com/ check us out we are a new team great family enviroment. Im the coach /coaching director/Owner I coached Folsom Jr Vista Eagles last year and wanted to give all cheerleaders a chance to cheer we practice at Folsom Hills Elementry Mondays and Wed 5-7.

it is but she sounds new to the boards so there is a better way to let her know that.

Powerhouse owner,
cheergyms did have a place where you can advertise for your gym. you should contact morton or danny by email or call them. it is actually poretty cool if they are still doing it.
not a big deal, most of us know you probably didnt know not to recruit... welcome to the all star industry. the firts thing to learn is to take what people say on the message boards for what can help you and if it doesnt let it go in one ear and out the other. it can get crazzzzy on here... but you can also find helpful info as well. good luck to you
