For the level 5 Grand champs...
1. NCE's Coed
2. NCE's Junior
3. NCE's Senior
4. Supreme Coed

Supreme had from what I saw 6 or 7 standing fulls and 3 to doubles. and for the 3 nor cal teams who had niether to beat them is amazing.

How Was Supremes Running And Stunting?
I Heard They Only Had 2 Doubles And A Couple Fulls.
And Only 3 or 4 Stunt Groups?

My only complaint for this weekend - not having Sunday's schedule to paid spectators at the venue or online.

Otherwise, great comp.

Not quite.  You had Sunday's schedule, but unless you knew the order of who placed after Saturday it didn't help.  To get that information you had to look at the one place it was posted.   They need to change that, there's no excuse for not supplying everyone with a schedule for that 2nd day.  Every other two day competition does it.

Other than that, I have no complaints, it was nicely run.  Great job to everyone today, and congrats to all the grand champions!!   Saw some great talent on that stage today.   It was fun watching Supreme and NCE; just my opinion but I would say NCE had stronger stunts, Supreme had stronger tumbling.  I was surprised at the results for Supreme's youth level 3 (which someone did not post).   I did not get that placement at all (Supreme came in 2nd, another team placed first who did not have near the difficulty or the sharpness in their routine as Supreme).  That was the only questionable result for me.   Otherwise  the judging seemed fair.

oops my bad youth level three
1 humboldt
2 supreme

and yes you are correct you would hav eto know the placements of the squads
but they were pretty close to the schedule for sunday so you knew what divisions etc

and i do agree that divison was a shock but maybe there was something illegal we didnt catch or something

i really think the judging was fair this weekend i really loved this comp.

my deepest regrets forgetting youth level 3 it wasnt intentional at all. one mistake isnt too badwink

I just wanted to give a shout out to Premier...their Senior team was amazing again (they were the only team in their division unfortunately, but, came in 2nd for Grand Champions for Level 2 out of 20 teams) and their Youth team continues to look good but the really impressive news is that their Junior L1 team is their half-year team and they've only had 3 practices before this weekend and they walked away with not only the first place finish in their division but they were crowned "Grand Champions" for the Level 1 divisions!  That's pretty impressive if you ask me.  Good job Premier!

Enjoyed watching a lot of the teams this weekend.  Some of my favorites where CV All Stars and Riptide.  In the mini level 1 division Extreme cheer was awesome, really entertaining.  I couldn't believe they where a mini team. In small youth level 2 I was really impressed by California Spirit.  They hit solid routines both days.  Loved thier energy and such a cute routine.  I was really impressed by Supreme's level 5 team "amazing tumbling, and as always loved watching NCE.  It was a good weekend.

Agree, CV all stars did a great job.  Enjoyed Premier's teams, they look sharp.   Riptide had creative stunts, fun to watch.  I was happy to see gyms who had a rough first day come back strong on day 2, good for them.

NCE and Supreme has awesome talent, looking forward to seeing them again.

WOW, a level 4 team today that used to be level 3 should have stayed were they belong in level 3.
Why would a coach do that to the girls? They have nothing to bring them to the level 4, the tumbling is very weak. They don't even have full team backhandsprings.
I feel sorry for the kids. I know it is good to push the kids but PLEASE.confused

We dont need your sympathy and our girls are perfectly happy with their performance and we were really proud of them for working so hard with all the injury and illness and changes they have delt with. They wanted to feel what it was like to compete level 4 and according to the judges scores we were not out of our league in level 4. Before posting something so rude you should really think about what the kids would feel like if they read that post. We are all about being positive and challenging our athletes.
They may not have been the best team out there but they had a great time out on that mat and that is why I coach cheerleading to see them light up doing what they love. Sorry if that's not enough for you. hmm

I don't think this post was referring to your gym.  I also think the post came from someone within the gym who was upset by the move, it happens often on this message board (someone comes on here and posts anonymously hoping for changes).   I agree it was rude and people should consider who reads these messages.

I am going to ask everyone to PLEASE stop looking at this division in such a negative light.  Level 4 is a HUGE transition from Level 3.  The athletes in this division - on EVERY team are working EXTREMELY hard.  These same athletes get on this board and read these comments.  Come on ya'll, change the focus of this board.  It's really time to look at the accomplishments these athletes have made.
