Too funny and if any gym owner violates the annoymous post and gets info to who post annoymously.... i would say contact a lawyer - smile

How does John stop the parents and kids from coming on here. I mean, yeah sign a contract but since it is anonymous, how much can you really do besides hoping someone will tattle (if thats how you spell it...eeeeeeeeee).

I guess the parents and kids can't answer this one so if John makes it on again, maybe he can let us know.

I love this, gyms want to keep the Drama and Scandles( spelling OH NO) in congregation, like in some old church

OK, to rap this one up. Power and cheergyms aren't the only gyms that use this technique. they say "up" or some use "swing hit". That being said, it is a technique for timing and also to help the cheerleaders pull there jumps up higher and motivate them. As some do find it helpful.
