Can you all tell me an idea for a coach's gift. I want to come up with something unique and that the coaches will really enjoy. Any thoughts?
I want to get something for my tumbling coach who is a male and for my cheer coach who is also male. Any Ideas.
I have a male coach too and we got him a gift card to best buy........ he loved it! I think gift cards are good for all coaches male or female that allows them to get what they need good luck
I love gift cards. It is so generous for teh families to even think of giving coaches a gift. I try to buy one thing with the gift card (except starbucks...$150 worth this year) so I can say this is form so and so. Also, as someone else said listen to the coaches, they do like things outside of cheer!
Last year We asked for cash donation from the team and the mom in charge changed all of the money into $1.00 bills. She taped them together end-to end, and rolled them up (papertowel style). Then put it in a sealed box with a ribbon sticking out of the top. she had to pull the "roll" of ones out. It was fun to watch her keep pulling and pulling and pulling..
yeah alot of people say this comp isn't run well. and i think last year the warm up mats were under the bleachers .. but the state champs jackets were nice and don't they give that cash prize thing

iTunes gift cards, sweatshirts, a photo of the team they are coaching and signed on the mat by each girl & guy, Dennys gift cards are good for those really late nights, dinner and a movie, a nice digital camera (nothing under a 7.0 though), a nice suitcase for travel or a nice carryon bag or backpack, a bathroom bag for travel, a massage, pedicure or hair done......
