Question for Gym Owners

I had a nice chat with a parent the other day and found out that the gym owner is the only one out of all the coaches who choreographs the routines. I was shocked! Gym owners, Do you choreograph the routines all by yourself or do you use the coaches in your gym? You would think that using everyone available in the gym would only make you stronger as a gym.  If you do, why? And if you don't, Why?

At Airborne I come up with the general vision and then we all put our two cents in. For example. I am challanged when it comes to quick formation changes, Lauren is the goddess of the transition. Kevin is great with dance and is my guinea pig when I want to try something and I am not sure how to explain it. From my point of view our teams would not be where they are today without these coaches! They are the best. Not to forget Sara and Lisa, they are a dream with the mini's and youth girls!

I would find it hard to believe that other coaches don't have input once the initial is figured out.   Even if it is a motion here or there, minor changes can make a diff on that score sheet.
