Yeah, we just don't like the crops. We had them our 2nd and 3rd season and went back to full tops for the next 4 seasons after that. It's not even about "not having the body" for the crop - I've seen plenty of girls who are thin and in great shape whom crops just do not flatter. We realized that when we had them and just stayed away since then. Most of our girls are grateful and far more comfortable in a full top, regardless of their body type.
Anyway, thanks for the compliments about our uniforms. I think initially we were worried they would be not "traditional" enough but the response to them has been great and after seeing a lot of other programs this season it appears to be the way it's headed. I just saw this week that Spirit of Texas has something very similar, only cropped and with thinner striping.
OH...and the briefs are built into the skirt, which turned out to be HUGE for the girls. They raved about how comfortable they are and there is much less fidgeting with the skirts and they don't get twisted on the floor...MAJOR improvement, and highly recommended.

The only concern I had about the uniform was how the skirts were going to stay put so the side stripes would still be in alignment. I'm so glad to hear the shirts are attached to the spankies. Sounds like you made a lot of great decisions.

Divas, I love the uniform. That's not too much sparkle. It will look great with the lights hitting it and the white popping out.
Went to a poorly lit comp this weekend, and teams that had unis I liked, so didn't stand out when they didn't have any white. The mom in me hates any white, but it sure has its place.
Melissa, Wow! Very cute! I am thinking it looks modern and clean. I really loved the star from last season but this is super cute as well! Ask Holly if that's the same girl that cheered with Em at pop warner....

Ok, Now I know who she is. I remember the last time I saw her, she was a few weeks old.
