To attend JAMZ Nationals in Vegas do you have to qualify at a Regional?
If this is true, How has Power qualified in the past. It doesn't seem fair that they don't have to attend a regional and then they just show up at Nationals and take the bids. I asked a Power parent at a competition and they said they don't like JAMZ competitons because only samll gyms without real competion attend so what gives?
Qualify to compete at JAMZ All-Star National Championships by receiving a score of 70% or higher at a JAMZ sanctioned Regional Championship or by video qualification.
So I would guess that they have qualified via video. We had a similar situation last year at USA: you must qualify at a regional or at prelims held on Friday.
They only announced the top 5 (of 11 teams) in Youth Level 2. Probably only the coaches (of each team) know where the 6-11 teams ranked and what their scores were.
I sure wish Jamz would post scores like other competitions. Just ranking them 1 to n doesn't give you any indication of how close it was. I do like that they don't announce all the places, like 11th for example.
