What??? "I think the largest section is Senior 3? everyone else is basically going against one or two people." Looks like a pretty good competition to me!
Mini Level 2 - 2 Teams Tiny Level 1 - 4 Teams Youth Level 1 - 5 Teams Youth Level 2 - 11 Teams Youth Level 3 - 4 Teams Junior Level 3 - 4 Teams Junior Level 2 - 3 Teams Coed Level 3 - 3 Teams Senior Level 4 - 3 Teams Senior Level 3 - 8 Teams Senior Level 2 - 5 Teams Senior Open Level 3 - 2 Teams
Yes, lots of competition in some divisions, it will be exciting. For others you're not breaking them down correctly... Senior Level 4 has one team, Senior Open Level 4 has one team, Senior Open Level 3 has one team, Senior Level 5 has one team. This Jamz appears to have more gyms attending than the previous one, a good turnout overall.
I'm pretty sure I'm right that the Senior Level 4 Open is an error. Senior Level 3 Open has two teams. I didn't list Senior 4 because I was only listing ones that showed there was going to be competition.
Maybe CSE can shed some light as to which division they will be competing in. They were a level 3 team at the last competition, not quite as strong as CO but they seemed to be at the right level.
awww you guys let it go. they can try any level they want to. if they have the skills to throw in level 4 why not. You all pointed out that the competition pool is small in level 4 open they have added their name to the list and there will be competition for other level 4 open teams. Now, don't you all feel bad that you bashed another gym. you should.
LOL! You guys are all a bunch of conspiracy theorists!! Could it be that it was a misprint, a mistake, an error that put Cal Spirit in level 4? Something that simple and easily explained? Correct me if I am wrong but doesnt the rundown say PRELIMINARY LINE UP as in there will be a FINAL one when the competition gets closer? Why do some people here always have to think so negatively?
There was a mistake on a competition schedule for our gym not too long ago and comments were made about our team doing something that appeared unfair to the others the schedule had us going against. It didn't bother us a bit because we knew it was a mistake and we completely understood why others would question it. Our coach posted an explanation and that was that. Sometimes an explanation is all it takes. I think it's fine to question the motives of a gym...it clears up any misconceptions and it helps to make gyms accountable for the decisions they make. I know I will be blasted for this but I'm just stating my opinion, so blast away!
Ok all of you conspiracy theorist, before people get all twisted out of shape, Airborne Senior 3 should also be in the open division. Our team compostion has changed since our last comp.
Why are people now a days so quick to assume that other people are out to cheat lie and steal? No one knows the ins and outs of everyday life at other gyms. I think that people assume the worst instead of just thinking it is what it is, a mistake or an oversite by the company or gym.
If CSE is supposed to be in Large Senior Open 3 it will be changed along with our team as well.
It's just the nature of our sport unfortunately; you get to pick and choose which level and division you want to be in, and unfortunately there are plenty to choose from. I really really (really) miss the old days!
Good luck to all three teams in that division, it will be exciting to watch.

California Spirit Elite will be competing Senior Open level 3 for right now. We do work on a number of level 4 skills at practice, so we would like to compete level 4 for a few competitions to challenge our athletes. Thanks for the support as we are only in our second year and want the best for our program. We wish all the other programs luck this season.

coach chris you rock! love CSE you guys are so much fun to be around at comps your squads and staff have a fun vibe about them cant wait to compete with you guys good luck to you all too
Are you allowed to make changes / switches so late? Isn't there a deadline? This all seems very odd, why would you sign up for one division and then after seeing the line up switch up at the last second. In that shows poor sportsmanship.

they didnt switch divisions the company listed them in the wrong divisions so they are just letting people know which divisions they are in even though they really dont have to that is good sportsmanship again noone switched divisions last minute they are clearing up the rumors and mistake made by hosting orginization

Actually, with Airborne if we did not change divisions we would be competing illegally in a division that we did not fit into. Since the last competition our team composition has changed. So we needed to change divisions so we did not have any rules infractions. This is not a sign of Bad Sportmanships, just a sign off following the division grid properly.

Mystery is solved, lol. If you are looking to challenge your athletes, as you put it, I think you will find that this Saturday even at level 3 ... it's a tough division, especially now that Airborne will be competing. Good luck to you guys!
