I'm sure you made a great impression on all the tumbling coaches that attended, keep up the great work and good luck this season. Our juniors can't wait to compete with you all again!...
The layouts alone would have been worth seeing! Correct layouts are very rare in the cheer world. And I applaud any team or individual who throws them correctly. That probably why I loved watching Bryan, Alex, and Kyle tumble. I know there are others out there, just haven't seen it. Any videos would be great.

Coach B- for the final score, what was the difference in points between your team and nce (level 5 sr coed)? congrats on the win! both teams were fun to watch and had loads of energy. the win could have gone either way...
It would be nice to see all the scores of the day. I think every competition should announce the scores and most definitely post them on their websites. It's the only way to see how close teams were in their division, and for those who had no competition it's nice to see how they scored against teams in the same level. Scores are the only thing we have to go by, just like in any other sport. I think I'll post this in the scoring thread too.
heck yes!! cherr odyssey rockets won first place this weekend nd i dont think it was our standing full it was the way we perfrom as a whole but thank so watch out we might be seeing people at worlds.

Where are you trying to get a bid? I personally do not think you are anyway near ready for a bid, but hey I am not a judge.

Thank you very much for your comments. This is only our 2nd competition Rockets and are increasing difficulty day by day. We are fortunate enough to have a great group of girls who have dedicated themselves to increasing their skills. Yes they are aware that they do not have Powerhouse Level 5 skills like Cheer Athletics and Top Gun, but are willing to give it their all in the Level 5 division regardless of what the outcome is. These cheerleaders LOVE to cheer and that is most important. Our goal is to have the most successful year that we can. Success can be measured in many different ways. If our girls achieve what they set out for, (which is what they did this weekend), then they are already champions because they did something that many people told them was impossible. Rockets are working extremely hard and if they are fortunate enough to receive a bid then they will be off to Worlds. Either way, they will increase skills and get better for this year and next. Good Luck to all the Level 5 teams this year!

Well i thought that cx was really good. i still think that cx should have been first, and ed second. roseville had a lot of touches in their tumbling.ed had a worse fall than cx did in their pyramid. it just looked like cx came down early and it didnt loot horrible. they also had really good tumbling and a great dance.
Keep in mind these anonymous posts are not necessarily from the gyms you might think, they could be from others trying to stir things up. I enjoyed both level 5 coed routines, they both had different strengths and weaknesses. I'm looking forward to seeing how they place against some of the others in the weeks ahead; they'll only get stronger.
I liked the senior level 4 routines, don't get me wrong. I had the placements different too with cheer explosion at the top, but congratulations to evolution. But I've seen some of the other senior level 4 routines (power and pyramids) and I don't think any of these teams are quite at that level yet. Did anyone else feel the same way? Or do you think they could hold their own against them? It is such a tough division this season.

There way not a team that competed this past weekend in any level that could touch Motions Coed 4, Power Senior4, Pyramids Senior 4, Pyramids Junior 4. Let alone the 5 teams from any of these programs. Other programs are just not as deep
In my opinion this was a true competition --- ALL teams were working hard to earn the win. Teams that did not place well on Saturday came back fighting on Sunday. And teams that placed well on Saturday knew the other teams were right on their heels and they too had to fight to keep their positions. In the end there were a few flip in the standings. A very enjoyable weekend.
Congratulations to all teams that participated. It's going to be an exciting season.
I watched all the level 4 divisions and I thought Cheer Xplosion's level 4 looked really good, I didn't understand the placements. They had a lot more going on in their routine, maybe they had more girls, I can't remember. Roseville's Level 4 team seems different this year, different coaching maybe? Their level 2 team did awesome (Roseville's).
I wonder what was different. I have always liked their routines does anyone know who does their choreography? How did their level 2 team place?
Roseville won the Junior Senior 2 division. I think there were no shifts in the placements from Saturday, someone correct me if I'm wrong. If that's the case, the results were:
1st Roseville 2nd Power 3rd Cheer With A Twist 4th Majestic 5th Gymstars Elite
I know the top 2 are correct, the rest I could be mistaken.
Odyssey had 3 kick doubles on Sundays competition, and four on Saturdays.. one of the tosses went wrong on Sunday.
the flyer got to her stunt late or something. so it went a little crazy. and yes they have four kiick doubles regularly, which was a huge step from last year when they only had 1! great job improving. they dont look easy to learn.
