What is the best example of great sportsmanship that you have witnessed at an Allstar event.  One that made you go wow!

I'm the one who started this thread.  I did it to maybe get a positive topic started that everyone could enjoy.  I've been a member on this board for a couple years now.  I have always enjoyed reading all the messages posted.  The informative ones I've learned from, the funny ones that made me laugh and even learning from those I may not have agreed with.  I don't understand all the negativity and it's very disapointing to read.  As of late because of the negativity I've stopped reading the message board as much.  The other day I signed on and was taken aback at some of the things I read, so I thought I'd try to start this post to maybe turn it into something positive again.  I checked back to see if anyone posted any replies and was so happy to see some of the wonderful responses.  Then all of a sudden the original topic got way laid and the tone changed.  I just wanted to say that it makes me sad.  I was so disapointed that I deleted my account.  I choose to look at the brighter side of things.  If that makes me unrealistic so be it.  Just remember that kids read this message board.  This is suppose to be about thier accomplishments and about a sport that they love.  As parents we should be setting the example of good sportmanship in how we represent ourselves and our respective gyms.

I haven't seen one that has made me go, "Wow!" but I always like when you're backstage with another team, ready to go on, and the teams just say good luck to each other.  We've noticed that is good sportsmanship, makes everyone feel good, and is just good karma. =)

I know a little of how you feel.  I was one of the many that voted for this board to go log-in awhile back, but then this message board nearly died.  Now that it's back to allowing anonymous, I've decided to focus on and put more effort into remembering the positive messages that get posted.  I think there still is a lot of good information that comes from this board and that's why I hang in there.

When I saw the first negative cry post, I wished I had the ability to delete it.  I tried to think of something new to say because I wanted to post a few messages to make that one get buried, but I couldn't think of what to say.

I know what you mean I saw a post this morning and I was really sad that I hope it truly wasn't someone from Odyssey posting. It got closed soon after it started and then thankfully someone removed it. Thank you moderators. I am usually on here all day sometimes logged in and posting other times I just sit and read.
