Where to find a high school cheer coach?

Hello!
I am from a private high school in San Jose that pays their athletic coaches very well and we are searching for a VERY committed cheer coach preferably in their 30s because the past coaches we've had flaked out because they were straight out of college and just looking for some extra income to earn...  What is the best way to find a cheer coach?  Thank you!

One of the best ways I have found is by posting on the Varsity.com message boards. They have a section that is specifically for teams seeking coaches and coaches seeking teams. The USA website, www.usacamps.com, also has a job board where you can post open positions. Hope that helps!!
