Well the one girl in the middle does the super-bendy 7, but look at that photo, the rest are all holding a nice flexible 7 with NO hand support on the standing leg and without holding the foot overhead. I think that's pretty unique and really hard!

THANK YOU!! The one in the middle is my daughter And she really does it on her sleep too lol. Not like the song "I got it from my mama" because, if I were to even ATTEMPT to try any of that stuff, id be in the hospital along with that other poster lol. I tell her all the time to have a morphine drip ready to go, and the ambulance on stand by, because I'd need all the help I could get. I hope everyone is enjoying their holidays
PS. The reason our girls didn't do their standing fulls in Vegas was because they were not consistent.

oh and to fierce mom...in vegas, when we were practicing on friday...all of us just kept staring at your daughter!! she is the most flexible little girl i've ever seen! and tiny too! we were all in awe! to say the least...we went out of our way to watch her perform on saturday and sunday...so amazing! good luck to all of your teams this year...i'm rooting for you guys to get that worlds bid!
Oh, thank you so much. You just put a big smile on my face. Your very sweet, and I'll tell her you said that. She's 12. Good luck to you and your teams this season as well. Nor cal was so fun to watch. The guys are so entertaining, and your teams seem to have a blast when competing too. I loved their choreography too.
On my computer everyone looks like bright white blobs, I can't make out what they are doing. I learned the hard way that I have to turn down the exposure on my camcorder when there are bright lights on stage. If someone has a clearer darker video can you post it?
