SO tired of hearing people complain about crossovers.  So what if a level 5 kid is on a lower team.  If they can do a full or double...sweet, very impressed-as I would die if I tried it on the ground.  If they are competing level 4 they can only do the level 4 skills, level 3 only level 3 skills, level 2 level 2 skills.  Really!!!  Perhaps if your team(s) can not do the skills to be a true level whatever skills they should not be in the level.  The point is to max out your division, not be at the bottom.
