I love this board. I've learned alot from reading the different post and the differing opinions. I was really happy that it went back to allowing anonymous posts again. It seems to have brought it back to life. Unfortunately this brings out the posters like the one above. Oh well just ignore them and they eventually do go away.

I am responding to whomever wrote the little blurb "entirely accurate etc" over here looks like it was CSE mom and maybe it's because when you "Quote" it keeps copying over and over again till it gets confusing. So to whomever wrote the blurb, that was for you, no anger issues just get tired of the people on the board, complaining about what's on the board but steadly reading and responding to it. It's just a little bit retarted. Don't read the damn board it you don't like what's on it. Dang how remedial it that.

I have been a poster on this board for 3 years and I can see a trend and can sense the tone of the posts. I closed a post about a coach situation because I felt it was going in the wrong direction and was getting very personal, I also received a Private message from a board user that felt it was fine to close and another who wanted to add on. She started a new post about the same subject and it stayed appropriate. Just because a thread closes does not mean you cannot start a new thread and discuss it. Danny has suggested that in years past. But once it starts taking a turn I have closed the thread. It is up to our best judgement. Remember moderators can not be on hear 24 hours a day to monitor these boards, so when things have a potential to get ugly they get nipped in the bud right away. One other thing I am not affiliated with Cheergyms and never have been affiliated with them, so it is many different people who monitor. Some are from Cheergyms some from other gyms. . I am just a regular user that felt she could help in the monitoring

I read the Royal contract, looks like they are required to crossover on at least 2 teams. This may even more if the cheerleader is interested in dance.
