RE: First Competitions

Yes only Sr 3, Sr 4, and Small and Large Senior 5 will be going to JAMFEST.

We have split up our schedule more so this year than in years past.   This will allow us to focus on all of our squads more effectively (spreading the love around).  It will also allow our parents to attend competitions and not have to stay the entire day from Mini Level 1 through Senior Level 5 (10 hours in some cases)

There are a few competitions that our entire program will be at, but for the most part we have separated our teams. (A new approach)  I want all members to have them feel the attention of our staff, is on them.  I want our staff to be able to enjoy the competitions and to see our competition.  It is very difficult to have our coaching staff hit the competiiton floor with a team and turn around and head back to the warm-up room with another team, the entire day, never getting to talk to kids, parents, other coaches, or enjoy the competition.  I hope this new approach will allow our entire program to feel we are invested in the betterment of all the members, and also allow my staff to enjoy the season instead of being run ragged at every competition.

Cheers
JOHN

Wow!  That's a very creative idea.  I like it.  Good for you John (or whichever coach or parent or cheerleader came up with it)!

Sad to hear that! Not even GSSA?

GSSA is still up in the air, depending on how the season looks.

John, since you're splitting up your teams at competitions, that will mean less people...
So it leaves us no choice...

We're going to have to yell with you all...
EXPERIENCE THE POWER!!!

HAHAHAHAHAA. I know I will!!!
