Super tough practice tonight. You did each section no less then 7 times each. Some of you guys threw over 30 fulls in a 1 and 1/2 hour period, while others matched or surpassed that total with tucks and layouts. And even with all that, with a total of probably 300 tumbling skills that were thrown, I could count touchdowns on one hand. Stunting was solid in the beginning. I can't really fault you for being tired and having shaky stunts at the end, but I do want you to get better. Two more practices left until AB. Let's put our regular show on again.
I definitely APPLAUD you ... job WELL done. ((by "WELL" I mean, WELL; an intransitive verb meaning to surge from within or grow stronger so as to threaten to burst forth.)) 2 more to go!! I can't wait for the show!!
WOW!!! You ladies are amazing! I'm so excited to see this routine on a 9 strip spring floor. You will DEFINITELY be the team to watch out for next weekend. I LOVE YOU!!!!!!
Well, you've heard it from all the coaches now.. So from someone out there with everyone workin their butts off.. I juss have to say awesome job to EVERYONE for stickin it out and workin soooooo hard.... It was definetly tough but it's the best feeling to be on a team that is so willing and wanting to work so hard for eachother.. The coaches and the girls are definetly making this an awesome last year for all the seniors! Thank you everyone and keep it up!!! Watch out Dallas!!!!
Almost one week later and I'm STILL sore.....I LOVE IT! I love how our team is down to do anything. Not once did I hear someone complain when we had to do 20+ standing tucks in under 5 minutes after tumbling for over 2 hours straight. Good things happen to those who try hard. Lets keep it up!
" AMAC " thanks for not feeling sorry for me after i did 20+ fulls while my achilles was killing me. it helps me work harder.
