AWESOME JOB!! I thought we really accomplished a lot today. Some of us really took a beating and got all banged up ... be sure to rest up and take care of yourselves this week, so we can have another GREAT practice on Sunday.
Also, it was really great hanging out with everyone at Apple Bee's after practice. Good Times, Good Times. For those of you that couldn't be there, we missed you ... you'll have to join us next time. ((oh yes, there WILL be a next time!!))
I leave you with this ((the MOST funny moment of the day)): Nelly says, "Alright girls, bring it on in" ... the clock reads 4pm, but it's really only 3pm. HAHAHAHA!! ((You definitely had to be there for this one!!))

I have to admit that sitting on the sidelines WATCHING practice is a lot harder than learning a new pyramid or elite sequence! BUT, I have to say that is has been nothing short of entertaining watching you girls make progress week by week. It's even more exciting watching you all get excited when you hit something that the week before may have killed you (haha).
Keep up the hard work and Dallas will be a success. And thanks to all the girls for always making me feel welcome at practices.

WOW...what can I say about yesterdays practice. We all got a little beat up doing the "death stunt" (great name for it Mary). But overall it felt like a great practice.
Keep practicing the dance section everyone! Let's have a great practice on Sunday so we can compete at AB.
Thanks to our fan club at practice too. It's always nice to have someone to perform for. Keep it up girls!
Wow, it sounds like you gals had a great practice! I'm sorry I couldn’t be there to see it for myself. I was busy painting my gym from Thursday night until Sunday at about 3pm! I'm exhausted.
I can't wait to see how far the routine has come on Sunday!
