Shocked was an understatement!! When Shawn the owner started video taping the fans reaction to being "had", I told him "NOT FUNNY!!" It was cool that they pulled it off......My husband did get it on video, but I don't know how to post it....sorry!! I remember something about POWER pulling off a joke towards their Coach that was hysterical too. Anyone remember that?

The last tumbler is still on both teams
I thought that they HAD replaced all of the crossovers, I haven't seen the revised routine .. but I don't think they would risk those crossovers!

Cheers2you2- Thanks for your interest. Yes- still had Steph and a few other girls crossover this weekend. We obviously will not have any crossovers at Worlds. It was a fun weekend and all the teams looked outstanding. It was a great way to end the year for most. I cannot wait to see what Cheerforce and American have in store for Worlds. They looked superb this weekend.
Thanks for the reply. I rushed to Anaheim after this competition and saw a few girls from Power rush in just before California Allstars went on. If was funny; one of the girls, "Steph", took out her small video camera but California's all girl team had already performed. The team that was up next was California's coed Some people told her that video taping wasn't allowed. They left right after the team performed.
okay i see it now. for some reason it only worked when i did it in internet explorer. alottt of teams changed placements from day 1 to the final score. cf alcatraz was behind power's large senior 5 after day 1, but their score went up day 2 so cf ended up winning it. does anyone know why they changed their opening stunt sequence the 2nd day? it didnt really go with the music either

In the day and age of youtube, I do not think any of the girls were on a secret operation to get a video, but thanks for the observation. The girls best friends from last years POWER teams is one SoCal Elite, so they meet up with her at the Anaheim comp. The girls did miss Cali Small All-Girl, but did see Socal and Cali Large Coed and sais they were UNBELIEVABLE.

In the opening on day one we put up ten stunts with only one body position, power had three. So in order to bump our score up I added 3 body positions. Thats the reason....
Shawn, you are great! But your kids are even better, lol! I can't believe you got that pulled off in one day! And they just did it! Even more I can't believe I didn't notice! LOL I was still in shock from that april fools joke. I still am! Believe me, you'll get yours!!!!!!!!!!! :)
Yes, I saw them supporting So Cal Elite, front and center. The video camera didn't come out until California Allstars were announced. Then it was hidden behind a group of people in the second row. YouTube is a great thing. Sometimes, new routines don't hit it as soon as one might want and in this day and age of the compact digital video cameras, why wait?
