cheergyms.com and California Spirit to join forces.
March 11, 2007
California Spirit Elite of Pleasanton CA. and Cheergyms.com are excited to announce that they have formed a partnership to better both companies. This alignment will offer opportunities to cheerleaders in the Tri-Valley area that they've never had before.
California Spirit Elite (also known as CSE) is owned by Steve and Marcy Rodriguez. The gym is located in Pleasanton and is getting ready to begin their second season in business.
Cheergyms.com is owned by Danny Kahn and Morton Bergue and has been in business for 11 years. Cheergyms.com is one of the largest cheer organizations on the west coast providing camps, competitions, classes and competitive all-star training programs for every level of cheerleader.
"We are very excited about this opportunity," says Kahn and Bergue, "Steve and Marcy are two very impressive business people with an equal love for the kids." Both companies and their staffs are very anxious to share their strengths to make both programs grow and improve."

Congrats to the gyms partnering with cheergyms. I'm happy for them, but I do hope they keep their uniqueness. I like both gyms (AP & CSE) for their individuality and would hate to see that disappear. Variety is the spice of life... or cheer in this case.
I'm pretty sure they will keep their own identity. In one thread Danny pointed out that AP wasn't going to be a cheergyms gym. I can't wait to see what the additions/changes/roles/"can't find the word" will be.
