Thanks Jodi!!!! The competition is amazing and the girls are having a great time! This division is fierce. Update for all of you cheer fans,
Cheer Xplosion looked awesome! They had a couple of touch downs on tumbling but looked like they added in some new standing skills which is great! The pyramid section was the best I have seen it all year and the elites look awesome.
Airborne - Our tumbling section was awesome, one of our girls landed a new skill so that was really exciting!! We had a missed basket and a bobble on the elites...then the worst news of it all....they deducted our score .5 for a legallity issue in our pyramid...today is a new day and yesterday was only worth 20%. We are hoping to compete a clean routine with the new changes in our pyramid and hope to move up by the end of the day.
What a great competition! So much to see and learn! Goodluck to everyone in Atlanta I hear it is going great!!!!
I am sure that Nicole will post an update, but wanted to let everyone know that airborne moved up on the second day to finish in 7th place. I heard they had a great solid performance. Congrats on a great first showing at NCA!
Day two ended up being one of our best stunting performances of the whole year. We ended up moving from 11th the second to 7th placing behind some amazing teams! The top 5 teams in Level 4 all had squad standing tucks and bhs backs....it was amazing.
The venue is huge and there was soooo much to see. I think it really helped to motivate our girls and open their eyes to their own talents and possiblities. We will definetly be back next season!

Congratulations Nicole and AIRBORNE! I am so happy for you guys! I saw your routine from the Spirit Spectacular and I LOVE it - it's an awesome routine!
