To the original poster, I truly reccomend you look around at other cheer gyms. What you are experiencing shouldn't be happening. But what I would do first is talk once more to the owner. Tell him/her your real feelings and your thoughts. Give them a chance to fix it once and for all. Don't hold back. Don't be mean or threatening that you are pulling your kid, but be totally honest. Maybe he/she thought you were just complaining and didn't put thought into it. Or even maybe it was forgotten. I don't know the reason, but if this parent is hurting the business, the owner NEEDS to know this. It's their livelyhood.
