A MAC - We will be at GSSA and The American Showcase, wish we would see you again too, its always great to go against teams that push your limits! Goodluck at Jamz and USA!
I am anxious to see the palm springs scores! I was told that cheerforce alcatraz was the highest scoring team of the entire competition! I am confused about the 2 grand championships...t didn't seem to have started out that way? And if the grand championships were devided by division, where was youth? Or maybe they didn't want to just give it to a junior team? I'm don't get it.
I'm not too sure what you mean by "grand championships"? Do you mean the two highest scoring teams? If so, that was a Cheerforce Alcatraz and California Bullets Unlimited Coed.
But yes, Alacatraz had the highest score. Shawn posted their score on here somwhere on this thread I believe. Go bakc a page or two, you'll find it. It was outrageously high!!! Nice work, Ladies.

Ok, I know it stinks to wait, but since I'm a cheer photographer I have to say, you have NO IDEA how long it takes to load these things!!!!!! And forbid should you have to even use the restroom, you have parents hounding you for their pics that they usually don't buy!!!! Ugggggggggg.... the last competition I did, we took over 10 thousand pictures.
Now, if it takes longer than 2 weeks, I would start buggin' them then.
PS.... I am a little peturbed at the prices they charge though. Yuk.

UGH.... I'm so right there with you OC MOM... I'm the webmaster so I put up all of the pictures on our website. It takes a lot more time than anyone will ever know, until you do it for yourself. It's worth it though... as a coach too, to see all your hard work paid off through little memories captured, we like to call pictures. :)
On a funnier note... This is what happens when a 10 month old baby's mommy is on CheerGyms Message Boards waaaaaaaay too much! He crawled away, and next thing I know, he's throwing the cat food all over the laundry room floor!!! "MOM GET OFF THE COMPUTER!!!"

omg megan..you would be on cheergyms while carson is throwing cat food everywhere..lol
My experience with cheer is that grand championships are usually done one of two ways.....by division or highest score overall. This comp seemed to be highest score overall, but ended up being devided into junior and senior. I don't get it. What about youth? If there is more than one, it should be all divisions, IMO.
when my oldest was 2, he cliimbed on the table and spread parmesean cheese ALLLLLL over the table and himself. I smelled stinky feet from the other room and couldn't find any gross socks. Oh it was such a mess and it STUNK so bad. So much for watching your kids, huh???
wanna hear a really really bad one??? this is how great of a mom I am....
My daughter was 7 and it was my birthday. We had a party at a resturant and we all had a good time. In the middle of the night, she told me she felt super sick and was shaking. I asked her what she ate. Nothing weird. Then she told me that she drank the "watermelon drink" that was on the table.... IT WAS ALMOST AS BAD AS A LONG ISLAND ICED TEA..... my 7 year old was HUNG OVER. Niiiiiiicccccceeeeeee mom. The next day, she missed her ONLY practice and I had to tell Nelson and Nikki that Em was hung over and couldn't practice.
Needless to say, she has NEVER lived that down. But to this day, she says, "Oh mom, I will NOT drink!!!" You know how you feel about something that made you sick? You can't even smell it. Well, I guess I cured her!!!
So cat food on the floor is nothing mama. You're doing GREAT!!!!
