Hey nicole...that's great to hear you'll be there next sunday. I'm guess that tryouts will be done like they have in the past..which means it will be like a practice.

We all warm up together and go through jumps, do some tumbling, stunts, sometimes a few 8 counts of a dance when there's time. it's pretty low stress. just a LOT OF FUN!!! Tips are to just eat something good that day... try your best and have fun. make sure your hair is pulled back too of course.

Other than that....have a great week and i will see you next sunday night at try outs. Can't wait to see ya there...

I have a question about the coed team... I am a girl, but i can partner stunt, i can go up to a full, just like the boys ... so do i try out for the coed team? is that even P.C.? or should i stick to the all girl team?

You may be able to try out for both, depending on how they plan to run try-outs this year. No matter which team you choose to try out for, you can still show all your skills that you can do.

I had a couple of ?'s on Open team tryouts.. I have been cheerleading for sometime & I just recently started tumbling. I can only preform a standing BHS...Although I am a awsome stunter on both ends co-ed and all-girl. What is the requirments for either team tumbling wise? Should I even tryout? Thanks

Crizzy, definitely come no matter what. Tumbling is not a for sure requirement on either team. Co-Ed or All Girl.

See you Sunday night!

Wish I could have been there although my brother broke his arm pitching at a baseball game, and was in the hospital...Is there a way I can still tryout or work out with the team?

Crizzy, the Co-Ed team is at its max of girls. The All Girl team is still looking for talented individuals. Call Motions and ask for Nelson.
