New Senior Gold Mom

Newbie here! Got snacks for my daughter for camp, but what do they do for drinks in between mealtime. Does she need to bring a water bottle? Does cheergyms provide water/drinks in between? Is it just water faucets in between? Want to make sure she stays hydrated.

How many hours in the gym do you think is enough to be really competitive in the current cheer world? 5 hours a week seems a bit low. Everyone wants to win but no one wants to put in the hours....

i noticed on the pack list for camp it says "bag lunch for friday" is that supposed to be thursday?? and if it is, can we just eat before we come on thursday? do we need to bring money for anything?

I want to open by saying that i don't want to start any arguments but... at the begining of this season i was put on this SR. team. and just by the second practice i had realized that i was one of three gilrs that were older than the rest. that is not the problem but it is that these younger girls are far less mat...
