first i want to say i love you guys new uniforms! they are different and look good on the floor!and i wanted to say congrats today..you all looked good and ur stunts are SOLID and amazing.very unique stunting. well we wish ou all the best of luck through out the season! ur friends at southbay!

Hi all... Just an update on little Miss Taylor. Thank you SO much for taking care of her when she blacked out last night. Unfortunately, on the way home, she got worse and couldn't breath so we ended up in the ER. Got her on oxygen and stablized her breathing... she passed out again...but she was actual...

Thank you Billy and Jeff for working with the flyers before gpg's practice today. It is a great help to them and really helps to build their confidence. This is what is so great about pyramids. It is one big family. We love you all.

Thank you Derick for letting us all come in to tumble and play around on Sunday! It was much needed for me.. Its hard to go from EVERYDAY to take almost a WHOLE WEEK off!
