Just thought it might be interesting to know what is everyone's favorite color combination for cheer uniforms. I happen to like maroon, black and white. These were my high school colors, and I love Motions colors. My least favorite are any two colors that are so dark you can't see the difference on the uniform when a team is performing. For example, purple and black are challeging. Oh another color combo I like is green, black and white. Anyone remember Atlas. Although I think they had gold in there as well.
I'm a sucker for black teal and white. I'm a big sports fan and love the San Jose Sharks, so that might be why. I think it looks nice although it may be overdone as I'm seeing a lot more uniforms with that combination now.
I was trying to think of original color combinations not too long ago, colors you never see, like gold/yellow, or brown, or tan. I wonder if there's a way to make them work?
My favorite has always been Navy-Silver-and White. I used to coach a team with Teal. It drove me crazy because you can never match the shade of teal with everything else. The unis, sweats, tshirts, short etc.....all different shades. Next time you're at a comp with Fusion you'll notice.

That's funny cause Gunderson High School has the brown color combo and it always reminded me of poo. Sorry Gunderson people. Nothing against the school, just never liked that color combo.
I don't know what would be my favorite. I don't like purple much. And Royal Blue is not my fav either, but other blues are great. I am a huge fan of black uniforms with a sharp contasting color. I loved white uniforms in high school, but Em now has a white uniform for Mission HS and I WANT TO KILL THEM for ordering them!!!! Do you know how much I have to scrub that thing???? Especially after she has to wear it to school all day! Uggggggggggg
And then the other color on her uniform with the white is red and I accidentally got her red spankies in the wash with it. And even though I ONLY wash in cold, her uniform was PINK. I thought I was going to DIE. I had burns on my hands trying to soak it in the sink, over and over and over, getting the pink out.
We shall see if she looks pinker than anyone else today at the basketball game........

In High School our colors were brown gold and white....lets just say as cheerleaders we looked like a bunch of raisinets....not flattering. Never thought of wearing white with brown and gold accents until I coached the team.....wow that made a difference.

I am with you Danny! My "runner-up" colors.... black, red, and white.
Well, hard for me to pick just one set of colors. I really like purple and black, but as someone pointed out, those colors blend together when the cheerleaders hit the floor. So, probably not the best choice.
I kinda like the bright flourescent colors, contrasting with black, when the cheerleaders are on the competition floor. But then when I see these colors up close, I really don't like them.
This is too tough for me to decide. I really like them all. Oh no, I take that back, I don't like BROWN. But that's about the only color I don't like on a cheerleading uniform.

I am glad you love Teal, Black and white cause our uniforms at california spirit are that and we love them. I know So Cal Elite is Teal as well and Teal just stands out at competitions.
i really like red, black and white (or silver). But thats not original. I also think any color with black and a metalic color looks great. I like OC's uniform. I also like motions colors; although maroon, black and white are like similar to red, black and white hehehe. I remember way back when when I used to love black and pink. Thats back when NO teams had those colors, now its too cliche. I think a year or so after i stopped cheering, divas came out with that color combo!
