I left my daughter with paternal grandparents, my son at home with hubby and Mom and I took off and went to Reno. What a great time! No cares, no resonsibility, no worries for a whole 3 days! Midnight was insane, and the crowds were outrageous, but all were having lots of fun.

I was home alone last night. My kids were visiting their other parents. (mine and his) and he had to work. He works 6pm to 6am, so it's tough. But he had an eventful night with all the drunk people, crashes and stuff.
I did laundry and caught up on on housework, trying to stay awake as long as I could so I could sleep when my hunny was sleeping. It was very quiet.

My hubby and oldest daughter were sleeping. My youngest and I played video games for most the night until it was a few minutes before the ball dropped (replayed for California time), then we counted down, toasted our glasses of sparkling apple cider, went outside and popped a ton of poppers, then went back to the video games until two.
