Your opinion on who is going to place top five in each of these categories: A. Small Senior 5 B. Large Senior 5 C. Small Senior Co-ed Limited D. Lrg Senior Co-Ed Unlimited
My opinion even thoug it's early goes like this...
[small senior 5]
1. CA Jags 2. POWER 3. Stingrays 4. unknown 5. CA All Stars
(I think CA Jags and POWER could go either way depending on how much POWER adds to their routine by Worlds, and if CA Jags hits. I know gheir routine is crazy, but POWER is siccccck.)
[large senior 5]
1. World Cup SS 2. POWER 3. CA Panthers 4. Maryland Twisters F5 5. Charlotte
(I think top four are subject to change in any order. It's about if CA Panthers can hit their routine, F5 can clean up their partner stunting and add more groups, if POWER can land their tumbling, and as for World Cup [simply amazing]. I def think these could easily be switched around, but those will be the top five.)
I'm not a good person to ask about co-ed since I'm not up to date on co-ed teams. But CA Wildcats, CF Diamondz, CA Bullets, KE, Georgia, World Cup, F5 Reign, Twist and Shout, and Top Gun are on my list for contenders for both co-ed top five places. Someone give their expertise. I'm not too sure.
1- Sprit of Texas- have tradition 2- cheerofrce- so hungry 3- gymtyme- defending champs baby
large coed- 1- Wildcats- enough said 2- KE- love the routine this year 3- California- have to go with my home state. i think they are going to get better through out the year
large Cheer Athletics- too good for words World Cup- think they are hungry to do better Power- look so good and would love to sneak into top 3 F5- need to clean up and if they do. They will shoot up the ladder
Small JAGS- from what everyone is saying they have the eye of the tiger this year. PLEASE YOU TUBE VEGAS Stinrays- nuf said. The own that division even though I have not seen them Power- girls look good for december American- I love, love, love those girls I want them to do so well. I think they are off to a hot start cali- they always peak at the perfect time so you can never count them out. They looked great at Jamz this year
Sm sr 1. CA Jags 2. POWER Sm 3. Stingrays 4. not sure 5. not sure
Lrg Sr 1. CA Panthers 2. WC Shooting Stars 3. Maryland Twisters f5 4. not sure 5. not sure
Sm Coed 1. Gymtyme 2. Spirit Of Texas 3. CheerForce Diamondz [ for these three it can go any way depending who hits ] 4. Twist& SHout 5. Cheer Dynamix Jags
Lrg Coed 1. CA Wildcats 2. GA [ can go either way depending who hits ] 3. KE Wildcats 4. TopGun Jags [ Also can go either way ] 5. Celebrity
And if i had to guess for International Junior id go with CheerForce Alcatraz from what i've seen of jr teams this year
Small Senior 1. Stingray Orange 2. Cheer Athletics 3. California All Stars 4. Premier Sharks 5. power
Large Senior 1. World Cup 2. Maryland Twisters 3. Cheer Athletics 4. Power 5. Woodlands elite (not bad for early in the season)
Large coed 1. Georgia 2. CA Wildcats 3. Top Gun 4. Kentucky Elite 5. Celebrity
Small Coed 1 spirit of Texas 2. Gym Tyme 3. Cheer Force 4. Twist and Shout (might move up because their routine is HOT and cleanest so far this season) 5. WC Odyssey

im sorry. but in my personal opinion i don't think POWER has enough to beat out Stingrays. But don't get me wrong i love POWER and think they are extremly talented and will get very far, but beat Stingrays... i don't think so.
I do not think that anyone said that they would. They are just working hard and will see what happens. You have to get to worlds first, that is a big enough task. Good luck to everyone especially NCE and California Small this weekend.
doesn't have enough? wrote: POWER literally murders rays in tumbling hands down. plus poweres flyers have much much more flexibility than rays
Whoever is writing this is not from Power- no way. I guess it must be someone who want to create drama. We talk all of the time about how BOMB thier stunting is, their ind section last year awas outstanding and we know that. We expect them to be just as good this year. Stingrays- if you come on this board. We hope to see you soon and cannot wait to see what you have in store this year, We know we will be amazed.
Most of the teams mentioned have been on you tube with the exception of CA Panthers and CA Jags. From what I have heard CA Wildcats has changed their routine substantially over the past weeks. Guess we'll all have a better idea after this weekend.
I have looked for Cheer Athletics, Stingrays, Spirit of Texas, and Top Gun without finding them, so there are several top teams that haven't shown up yet. However, with many of the top gyms, their routines change and improve dramatically between locals and nationals/worlds that it probably wouldn't help you much to see an early competition from them anyway.
