ahhhhhh omg you guys i am seriously soooooo happy with how our practice went tonight!!!! way to step it up and push yourselves, and not only that, but for hitting your skills when you were about to pass out, crying, or peeing your pants =) haha even though this was by far the hardest practice in a very very very long time, i think it was one of our best because we really proved not only to the coaches (who seemed pretty surprised we did so well lol) but to ourselves that we can really be a kick butt level 5 team that people should be afraid of (like jeff said, "your bodies are machines ready to kick your own butt. you're not normal girls!" lol) hopefully we continue to push ourselves this hard at every practice not only until the next competition or georgia, but until the end of the season! thanks to everyone for cheering everybody on when they were having a particularly hard time because i know it really kept me going to hear my teammates cheering me on! also, thanks to the coaches for kicking our butts tonight because we really needed it and i cant wait to see how much we will improve in such a short amount of time if we keep practicing like this. great job tonight ladies!!!!

I know we can keep up this amazing work. Just think how easy this will be when we go to Atlanta! I mean honestly I know we can push ourselves for this. The hard work and intensity was amazing! Lets keep it up guys. This winter break is goign to be hard for all of us but just think about how bad we want it! =) I'm glad I have about 22 other girls to support me like I support them! you guys rock! =)
I second both of them! We definitely had an AMAZING practice last night..even through all the crying, throwing up, run throughs&peeing..we definitely proved to ourselves and the coaches how good we are and how much we can push ourselves with the help and encouragement of our whole team. Lets keep it up so at the rest of our competitions WE are the team people want to watch and be amazed by. Love you girls, thanks for all the support last night and i'll see you all at practice wednesday ready to work just as hard as yesterday! (:
