Has anyone seen rosevilles youth team? I heard they are the level 1 team to beat this year? We wont see them until feb. But I'm axious to see how they llook.
at the americas best comp fusion and cheer odyssey's youth teams look really strong.
they are both in level 3 and did pretty good at utilizing skills within their level and delivering energy packed performances.
fusion had what looked to be 3/4 of the team throwing tucks maximizing at their level better than most teams. Even if they dont have that many, they sure did pull off looking like they did. Very clean tumbling technique and great energy throughout their dance. They put up awesome skills in the air with great flexibility, just lacking in consistency (a couple were a bit shaky and fell). But it was their first comp and at their age their delivery was VERY VERY impressive. they will definitely be a team to watch.
Cheer Odyssey had a youth team that put up solid stretches and scorps with a pretty clean transition pyramid. Atleast half the squad threw tucks and what looked to be full squad back handsprings out of impressive jumps. Great Energy just a bit messy moving from transitions. They will also be a strong competitor in youth 3.
How are the other teams? I heard OC has a pretty impressive youth team as well.
Why thank you! Yes we are quite proud of your Youth Silver team as they just competed at the Junior level because of no competition and got 2nd. It was pretty exciting to say the least. The young ladies on that team are quite exceptional and, if I am correct, all of them have quite a few years of cheer under their belts. Many of them were on our Junior level 5 team before it was made small, so you can imagine what these kids can do. I try and update their photos almost weekly, so you can always keep up with the goings-on with our teams on our website. I love checking out other cheer websites so I keep ours as up to date as possible for everyone who is crazy like me, to enjoy!!!
I have to say, Titan Elite had a good Youth team as well. I can't remember any specifics but they were impressive.
I have had the privilege of seeing Cheerforce Youth 5 team this year and last. They are amazing. It is too bad that team in Northern California move all of their little girls up to the Senior 5 teams instead of creating some solid Youth 4 teams. I would be interested to know how many girls under the age of 12 or so are on the following Level 5 teams

Yes AP had a very good youth team, i got to see them in san jose and i was blown away that they were so good as a level 1 team.
I also liked Fierce level one team. yea the had some very young ones but it is a youth team right? , but all in all they were very very cute, loved the dance, they definetly know how to work it

Can you answer me what qualifies to be at a level 5? What skills do you need?
I would have to agree. That is the Jr. Prep Advanced team that they took to Texas. Wow what a team. I would love to see a team like that in this area again
